This wine has a deep, brilliant ruby red color with purple hues and a medium structure with aromas of prune, sour black cherry, and woodsy undergrowth. It is very well balanced; freshness and a very pleasant taste stand out thanks to the remarkable acid strength. A very elegant expression of traditional Chianti Classico.
The wine pairs well with white meats or soft cheeses and even with rich fish like salmon. Pizza as high acidity allows to balance the tomato sauce. Pasta with light tomato or vegetable sauces. Hamburgers and frankfurter type of sausages as well! - Winery Notes
