Grapes / 60% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, 20% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot.

Harvest / Second ten days of October for Montepulciano and Sangiovese, second ten days of September for Merlot.

Average yield per hectare / 50 hl.

Vinification / After partial drying of the grapes on the vine, they are pressed, destemmed and sent for fermentation and a long maceration on the skins. The refinement takes place in steel at controlled temperatures.

Tasting / Ruby red color with light purple reflections. Dog rose and wild violet on the nose, fruity red fruit in alcohol and ripe plum, light hint of spices. Complex wine, with excellent structure, soft and enveloping. Persistent on the palate.
