After a beautiful summer, the harvest started from
September 2017. It is very early in the morning and if
necessary at night to pick fresh and aromatic grapes,
using a destalker.
In stainless steel tanks, liquid cold-bedding (10 days at 6 °)
Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 18 °.
Pale green dress, very bright. Rich nose with fruity nuances
mineral grapefruit accents and white peach.
Lively on the palate, harmonious finish.
Very refreshing and festive wine.
