35% Macabeo, 30% Xarel-lo, 20% Parellada, 15% Chardonnay. Aged over three years in bottle before release and produced from the top selection of juice from the first pressing. The longer bottle age has given it a slightly more creamy richness as well as abundant notes of bread dough, apple, pear and citrus oil. With a delicious entry on the palate, this dry, but not austere sparkling wine has excellent purity, texture and ripeness. 100 percent Methode Champenoise.
