Denomination: Barolo DOCG
Vinification: from small but very important vineyards scattered in the various municipalities of the Barolo area, with the age of the vines between 8 and 41 years. Calcareous-clay soil. Guyot training system with an average density per hectare of about 4,500 plants. All the individual crus are vinified and aged separately and in different ways in order to individually enhance the typical characteristics of "terroir".
Aging: after about 30 months of aging in barriques and large barrels, they are assembled before bottling.
