90 Points - “The 2019 Pedro Ximenez is one of the few wines produced with this variety in Chile, but nobody is ever sure if it's exactly the same PX as in Spain. Anyway, the grape seems quite neutral and transmits the conditions of the place and vintage. 2019 was a vey good overall vintage in Chile, and the wines tend to keep good freshness and moderate alcohol. This is not super expressive on the nose, and on the palate, it's serious, dry and mineral, balanced and restrained. It's very tasty and finishes dry.” - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
It is best served with a range of foods, especially shellfish and other seafood.
