Dark red for Pinot Noir. The nose is very intense fruit forward blackberry, raspberry and other red fruits. There is also I think some kind of spice there, more like baking spices then pure spice. The palate is synchronized with the nose and is so complex and fruity.
Aromas of raspberries with hints of mushrooms and forest floor. Tastes of cherries and raspberries with hints of oak influences. Supple yet gentle tannins and a nice medium body. Paired with a roasted duck.
