Dusty Nabor Wines was born out of passion and, perhaps more aptly, the drive of Dusty himself to make site specific wines showcasing California terroir. What started out as a home winemaking experiment soon blossomed into a commercial operation and Dusty now sees his wine span three different brands and the length of California's Central Coast.

Dusty’s singular focus is crafting wines of distinction. Sourcing fruit from premier vineyards in Santa Barbara County including the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, Ballard Canyon AVA, and Los Olivos District AVA, he strives to create wines that express their place and vintage. With a focus on Rhone varietals, Dusty is making some of the coolest wines in the country right now.

The trio of projects includes Dusty Nabor Wines, Bolt to Wines and NSO Wines:
"Bolt To Wines is my partner Karin Langer’s side project. These wines are also all hailing from Santa Barbara County and are not all made by me. Some of the wines come from our friends and other winemakers in the area. But don’t be fooled, these wines are all small batch and hands on just like our wines are. Karin is just in a unique position to take wines off our friends and bottle them under her own label. Some of the pedigree on the NDA wines are absolutely astonishing for the price that we charge. Karin is lucky and occasionally ends up in the right place at the right time. As the silent partner at Dusty Nabor Wines, she spends much of her time eavesdropping and collecting information. She loves critters.

100% Roussanne from Ballard Canyon. Dark golden hue bleeds into a light straw color in the glass. Driven by acidity, this wine, while varietally correct, is not as robust as some of our other Roussannes. More focused as the tropical fruits drive through the mid palate for a long, mineral finish.
