To retain Syrah's signature of spice and pepper, a higher percentage of whole cluster during fermentation is used. 20 months in a mix of new and 2nd use oak and more time in tank before bottling. Our Estate Syrah comes from a steep Northeast facing hillside vineyard. This beauty is loaded with flavors of vibrant red and black fruits, used leather, cassis, and smoke. The finished product retains great freshness and acidity.
