Passed down from son-in-law to son-in-law for the last 2 generations, the Domaine saw Jonathan Brunot succeed Denis Valdenaire in 2019. On this occasion, the Domaine returned to its original name: Domaine Chofflet.
They are now 5 employees working on the estate, helped by seasonal workers according to the needs of the vine.
