Filadonna is a delicate wine made from select Pinot Grigio grapes from the Valdadige Veronese, which comprises the Communes of Dolcè and Brentino Belluno. In Pre-Roman time this area was inhabited by the Arusnati, the same People that inhabited the Valpolicella in Pre-Roman and Roman time. Filadonna Pinot Grigio is a pleasant, versatile wine that enjoys national and international approval.

As an aperitif, with fish-based first course dishes and soups, with grilled or boiled fish, or with white meats.
