Gérard Boulay is on a very short list of the best producers in Sancerre. He has farmed organically for more than 30 years, hand-harvesting grapes in Sancerre’s most renowned village, Chavignol. He takes advantage of the same soils found in Chablis to craft exceptionally fresh white wines.
