Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Carignan.

Intense red garnet color. With a nose of jammy black fruits, cherries, licorice and spices. Very round in the mouth with a finish dominated by spicy notes, particularly peppery and aromas of canned fruits. Very smooth finish.

Pair with: Beef, Lamb, Game (deer, venison)
