About the Producer

Save for the occasional intern, winemaker Megan Bell is the one-woman show behind Margins Wine Company, her small winemaking endeavor in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California's central coast. The name is a nod to the space she occupies on the fringes of the wine business, working with grapes and vineyards that lie outside the mainstream. At first wine was just a job for Megan. Ironically, she didn't even like wine until she picked up an internship at a winery in Oregon. But the winemaker's passion for was contagious and soon enough she was setting out to put her own personal stamp on the wine world
