SCENTS AND FLAVORS THAT FILL THE GLASS
In rural culture a handshake has always had the meaning of a pact of honor. Today this sign confirms the engagement between those who make wine in their territory, reaping the fruits of their careful job, and those who propose wine to the world with passion, collecting the desires, tastes, expectations of more and more attentive and demanding consumers. PerMani Friuli Selection started in this way, a collaboration with Matteo Braidot’s winery in the name of good wine, the pleasure of sharing a unique wine experience, the joy of enjoying beauty in any form it appears.

Mauro Bressan, an experienced wine maker from Friuli, selected with Andrea Carpi the wines that build the range: unique, fine and elegant. Wines that, through simplicity, express a distinctive finesse of aromas and flavors. Permani is first an idea than a collection of wines: a project that drives Andrea Carpi to explore Italy, focusing on single territories of excellence, discovering the affinity of
mind and taste with producers of talent and sensitivity to select an intriguing as well as contemporary wine proposal, that will satisfy a new generation of wine lovers. In a country that makes diversity its difference, PerMani talks to the curiosity of the expressions, in a wine culture experience that combines grapes and design, colors and flavors, and has its roots in the Italian inclination for what is beautiful and makes life beautiful.

Pinot Grigio:
The friendly white. In the vineyards located in Romans d'Lsonzo the grapes are harvested in the first decade of September. After being carefully destemmed, they are left to macerate for a short period, and then softly crushed. The resulting must is left to decant, and after that it ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees in stainless steel tanks for five months. Appearance: light straw, yellow color. Nose: floral scents of Acacia, flowers and white wisteria that develop fruity notes of apple and pear. Palate: Crispy and ample. Balanced and persistent in the final with Acacia, honey aftertaste. Food matches: pizza, fish, pasta dishes.
