CloseLocated in the Moraine hills in the Province of Verona in northern Italy, Tinazzi produces wines characterized by soft aromas and flavours, Ca’ de‘ Rocchi is defined as an “international” line, that is to say that it is most suitable for palates who are not yet used to the classically sharp and persistent characteristics of Valpolicella wines.
Vilification - Gentle crushing with destemming of the grapes. Fermentation temperature of 23-26°C. Maceration for 10/12 days with gentle pressing
