A fabulous alternative to Prosecco - this wine is a Spumante (Italian for Sparkling) originating from our friends at Velenosi Vini in the Marche region of Italy.
The Passerina grape produces lovely dry, but floral, peach and citrus-driven flavours on palate with good mousse. More delicate and less sweet that your average Prosecco. One to try!
