VINIFICATION: The grapes are separated
from the stems and pressed, the must base
is placed into a fermentation tanks with
specially selected yeasts. Subsequently
it is transferred into a steel autoclave for
a secondary fermentation to reach the
desired pressure. At this point the Moscato
wine is cooled to -2°C in order to conserve
its sugar residue and aromas.
AGEING: Before bottling the wine undergoes
microfiltration, and it is then left to refine
in the bottle for several weeks.
COLOUR: Straw-yellow with delicate
greenish highlights
AROMA: Fragrant muscat grape aroma with
clear acacia and linden flower highlights
TASTING NOTES: Delicately sweet, but no
cloying thanks to a marked acid content
that brings out its fragrance
PAIRINGS: Enjoy with flavorful appetizers,
cheeses and spicy dishes. Wonderful with
fruit and chocolate.
