The 2024 Domaine Anne Gros Chambolle-Musigny 'La Combe d'Orveau' is a highly regarded village-level red Burgundy crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. Known for its exceptional elegance, precision, and approachability, this expression serves as a benchmark for the Domaine Anne Gros style.
This cuvée comes from a plot located on the southern limit of Chambolle and Vosne Romanée, facing east on the Combe d'Orveau, place where the excrement cone which forms Echézeaux and Clos de Vougeot opens. Aging takes place over 12 months in 500 liter barrels, 30 to 40% of which are new barrels.
