Anne Gros's Hautes-Cotes de Nuits red wines come from high-altitude plots in the commune of Concoeur. This 73-are vineyard was planted in the late 1990s just above the village of Vosne-Romanée, in soil rich in fossiliferous lava. The wine is aged for 12 months in 500-liter barrels, 40% of which are new.
