A beautiful, supple, light red from Chateau de Coulaine. The 2021 Chinon has an abundance of crisp, fresh red fruits. It’s made from younger vines up to about 15 years old, and vinified in cement tanks using indigenous yeast. The wine is aged in a combination of large old oak and cement tanks. A wine with all the thirst quenching freshness that Chinon is so well known for.
