Food pairings: Shellfish, seafood risotto, grilled fish, veal with a creamy sauce and goat cheese.
Winemaking: The importer’s 2024 release specifies six months of barrel maturation followed by six months in tank. This cuvée assembles representative parcels from across Fuissé rather than a single Premier Cru vineyard.
Vineyards and terroir: The Fuissé amphitheatre offers a patchwork of geological origins. This flagship blend brings together small, individual parcels to express the diversity of the appellation rather than the character of one isolated climat.
Family and history: Domaine Ferret was founded in 1840. Its long-established focus is Pouilly-Fuissé, with individual parcels treated separately to preserve their character. Clément Robinet is the domaine’s technical director.
