Blackberry, tobacco and mocha aromas introduce a muscular Beaune Premier Cru. Generous weight and chewy tannins give this Pinot Noir an imposing structure, with rich fruit at its core and the depth to complement flavorful meat dishes.

Close100% Pinot Noir
Food pairings: Roast beef, braised meats with rich sauces and mature cheeses.
Winemaking: For 2024, hand-harvested Pinot Noir is sorted and destemmed, then fermented naturally in neutral oak vats. The wine is transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation and 18 months of aging, using one-third new oak.
Vineyards and terroir: Boucherottes lies on a gentle slope in the southern part of Beaune, close to the Pommard border. Dense red clay and marl contribute to the substantial structure of this Premier Cru.
Family and history: Founded in Beaune in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot, Maison Louis Jadot brings together estate vineyards and a long tradition of working with Burgundy’s growers. Frédéric Barnier leads the winemaking team, with an emphasis on the character of each individual terroir and a restrained use of oak.
