Lively floral aromas open onto subtle earth and spice in this elegant, medium-weight Pinot Noir. Fresh acidity gives La Dominode energy and length, while its delicacy makes it a versatile partner for poultry and lighter meat dishes.

Close100% Pinot Noir
Food pairings: Roast poultry, lighter red-meat dishes and white meats; richer sauces as the wine matures.
Winemaking: In 2024, hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented with natural yeasts in large open-top oak vats. Daily punching down accompanies fermentation before transfer to barrels for 18 months of maturation, with one-third new oak.
Vineyards and terroir: La Dominode is a climat within the larger Les Jarrons slope at Savigny-lès-Beaune. Eastern exposure and thin, stony soils give the site its reputation for elegance and subtle delicacy.
Family and history: Founded in Beaune in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot, Maison Louis Jadot brings together estate vineyards and a long tradition of working with Burgundy’s growers. Frédéric Barnier leads the winemaking team, with an emphasis on the character of each individual terroir and a restrained use of oak.
