Candied lemon and acacia blossom lead into brioche and wet-stone flavors. Broad and expansive yet lifted by bright, ripe acidity, this Chardonnay brings together several Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru sites in a generous, elegant white.

Close100% Chardonnay
Food pairings: Roast poultry, grilled fish and shellfish.
Winemaking: The 2024 release specifies 14 months of maturation using oak barrels, one-third new, alongside stainless-steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation contributes to the balance of breadth and freshness.
Vineyards and terroir: This is an assemblage from several sites elevated to Premier Cru status beginning with the 2020 vintage. It is designed to express the collective quality of Pouilly-Fuissé’s Premier Cru vineyards rather than a single named parcel.
Family and history: Founded in Beaune in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot, Maison Louis Jadot brings together estate vineyards and a long tradition of working with Burgundy’s growers. Frédéric Barnier leads the winemaking team, with an emphasis on the character of each individual terroir and a restrained use of oak.
