Winemaking: California Series Pinot from Central Coast and North Coast fruit. Destemmed and gently placed into open-top stainless fermenters, cold-soaked three days, punched down two to three times daily, then aged in oak.
Vineyards and terroir: A California appellation blend drawing on cool North Coast and Central Coast sources for bright red fruit and an easy, food-friendly profile.
Family and history: Sean Minor Wines is family-owned in Sonoma County. The California Series is the everyday companion to the appellation-focused Signature Series.
