Food pairings: Roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, pizza night, and herb-roasted chicken.
Winemaking: Signature Series Sonoma Coast Pinot from Pommard and Dijon clones. Fruit is hand-picked at night or early morning, destemmed into open tops, cold-soaked three days, then punched down two to three times daily through fermentation. Racked to barrel for malolactic and aged about 10 months in 100% French oak, 20% new.
Vineyards and terroir: Carefully selected Sonoma Coast vineyards where cool Pacific influence keeps Pinot fresh and structured.
Family and history: Sean Minor Wines is a family-owned Sonoma County producer. The Signature Series highlights classic coastal appellations; the California Series offers everyday California bottlings.
