This wine is a blend of Monastrell (55%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Syrah (20%), and is the perfect match for such foods due to its young and fruity character.
This wine shows a lot of purity, balance and quality. A ripe, jammy nose is full of blackberry and cassis, while this blend of Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon is big on the palate but jolted by wiry acidity. Flavors of spicy black fruits offer a touch of chocolate prior to a mild finish. This red from southeast Spain shoots and scores.
Ruby red color with purple hints that are well covered. On the nose: plum, blackberries, and ripe raspberry aromas together with subtle notes of white pepper when the wine has been decanted. On the palate it is round with soft tannins and well balanced acidity. Long after taste that is reminiscent of ripe red fruits.
