Domaine Francis Blanchet is a small 8ha estate situated in the quaint village of St. Andelain. Working alongside his son Mathieu, this is an 8th generation family of winegrowers in Pouilly-Fumé. St. Andelain has the distinction of having the largest percentage of “silex” or “silice” soil in the entire Pouilly-Fumé appellation, allowing Francis and Mathieu to make a Pouilly-Fumé that is full of tension, verve and bright minerality.
